On the morning of March 24, 2024, the inauguration ceremony for the China branches of the International Cell Rehabilitation Association and the World Chinese Elite Federation took place at the Yintai Building, 88 Wangfujing Street, Beijing. The event was attended by over fifty distinguished guests, including Prof. Zhang Hongkai, President of the International Cell Rehabilitation Association and Chairman of the Cell Medicine Committee of the Elite Federation; Dr. Guan Bihong, Chairman of the International Cell Rehabilitation Association Council, Founding Chairman of the World Chinese Elite Federation, and Chairman of the Council; Hong Ziqing, President of the Hong Kong Jinyunjia Group and Chairman of the Shenzhen Qingtian Group; Wang Tong, Chief Advisor of the World Chinese Elite Federation and Director of the China Development Research Institute; Zhang Xunbin, Chairman of the Global Chinese Influence Awards Organizing Committee; and Dr. Wei Qiming, Executive Director of the Zhongguancun Stem Cell Research Institute.


Also present were Wang Siyuan, Founder of the Shenzhen Stem Cell Bank; Li Lingxi, Chairman of the Tianjin Jinximon Cell Equipment Company; and Liu Jiankang, Director of the Jinan Ozone Hospital.

The ceremony began with a keynote speech by Prof. Zhang Hongkai, who addressed the topic “Living to 125 Years is Not a Dream: Future Medicine and Cell Medicine.” Prof. Zhang, a pioneer in cell medicine, outlined the potential and advancements in this field.

Dr. Guan Bihong reflected on the development of both the International Cell Rehabilitation Association and the World Chinese Elite Federation and shared his vision for the future. He highlighted Prof. Zhang's significant influence in cell medicine and expressed hope that the global Chinese community would unite to contribute to the advancement of cell medicine.

During the event, the China branches of the International Cell Rehabilitation Association and the World Chinese Elite Federation were officially inaugurated, marking a significant milestone for these organizations. This development signals their growing role in advancing cell medicine and rehabilitation.

Following the inauguration, Prof. Zhang Hongkai and Dr. Guan Bihong awarded appointment letters to several key figures, who pledged to diligently carry out their responsibilities and contribute to the development of cell medicine.
