Prof. Zhang Hongkai’s Strategic Plan for Developing Cell Hospitals

Prof. Zhang Hongkai is transforming an existing office building within the G60 Science and Technology Innovation Park in Songjiang, Shanghai, into a five-story, laboratory-grade cell hospital.

Cell Medicine Enters a New Spring

This compact yet comprehensive cell hospital will include facilities for cell storage, cell experimentation, cell gene testing, anti-aging treatments, telomere testing, and innovative drug development. High-end clients will have access to disease screening services akin to those of VIP treatments in top-tier hospitals. They will also be able to cryopreserve their cells and receive specialized treatments, including stem cell transfusions and immune cell therapies such as CAR-T therapy.

The transformation requires an investment of 30 million RMB for the purchase of cell medical equipment and minimal renovations. This modest investment promises significant returns and serves as a prototype for larger-scale cell hospitals, offering a model and reference for future construction projects.

We are currently seeking entrepreneurs and industrialists willing to invest 30 million RMB for a 10% equity stake in this venture. Interested parties are encouraged to contact Chairman Guan Bihong for collaboration opportunities to expedite the renovation and operationalization of the Zhang Hongkai Cell Medicine Center for cell preparation, storage, transfusion, and treatment.

Looking ahead, we plan to expand under the banner of the China Cell Hospital Group Co., Ltd., partnering with various provinces and cities in China. We are already exploring the establishment of cell hospitals in Boao and Haikou in Hainan, Nanning and Bama in Guangxi, and Kunming in Yunnan, with the aim of setting up cell hospitals and clinics across all 32 provinces. The market potential in China is estimated to approach one trillion RMB. The rise of cell medicine heralds a new trend in health care, positioning cell hospitals at the forefront of the industry. With such a substantial market value within reach, cell medicine is poised to become a pivotal component of future medical treatment, offering proactive solutions for disease prevention.

Let us rally around Prof. Zhang Hongkai, embrace innovation, and collectively build a future with a trillion RMB market value!
